 Krav Maga Self-Defense Training and Education

Krav Maga. Originally created for use by the IDF or Israeli Defense Force, Krav Maga is a non-sport combat  art, meaning it is not limited by any rules. It is strictly created to deal with violent street encounters which could possibly be a multiple attacker situation.   Each practitioner is invested in from their first free class. This is a family environment, but make no mistake we are preparing for the worst case scenario and tough love will be applied every moment you're on the mat. Smart training provides results: developed skill set, confidence in every day interactions while in public and an overall sense of well being knowing you know how to defend yourself. A family that trains together stays safe together. All are welcome: Absolute beginners; preteen through adult. Along with seasoned practitioners of other arts, first responders and LEOs.

DelMarKravMaga caters to 7 yr olds and up, all experience levels. Whether you are interested in working on a particular facet of your your self defense skill set or would like to start your self defense education. We have group sessions.
